In-house affordable litigation
In the unlikely event that a dispute fails to resolve, “in house” or via mediation we have access to affordable litigation alternatives.

Lease Break / Exit Strategies
A significant percentage of  Lease Police work is negotiating early lease breaks or exit strategies that compel the Landlords to mitigate their loss.

Site assessment and valuation
The Lease will provide an 1 hour assessment of the site specific dispute and provide a Valuation of the nature of the dispute.
